As your personal host, I will guide you through a curated tasting of six outstanding wines, all carefully selected from small, passionate producers across our region. Each wine will be paired with a specific course – from the appetizers to dessert – designed to enhance its character and bring out the best in both the food and the wine.

The menu will be crafted in collaboration with a chef. If you’ve already chosen a private chef for your stay, I’ll coordinate directly with them to create perfect pairings. If not, I’ll bring in one of my trusted culinary partners – chefs who know how to elevate local ingredients and traditions into something truly special. (If you choose to rely on one of my recommended chefs, the service will be entirely taken care of: from the creation of a custom wine-pairing menu, to grocery shopping, cooking, table service, and cleaning of the kitchen and workspaces at the end of the experience)
